At the end of every school year, Touchstone Energy hosts a Scholar of the Year program and banquet where one of the 36 nominees is awarded a $1,000 scholarship.

The Touchstone Energy Scholar of the year for 2008 is Samantha Uttecht from Woonsocket High School.
